Organize your Documents!

1. If you are salaried
  A) You must provide two years "W-2" forms.
  B) You must provide us one month of your most current pay      
        stub.

2. If you are Self Employed:
  A) We need two years tax returns
  B) You must provide profit loss statement.

3. If you own rental property
  A) You must provide rental agreements.
  B) You must provide two years tax returns.

4. Please provide us a copy of the note on your first mortgage.
This is generally found in your closing loan documents.

5. Please provide a copy of any divorce decree, if applicable.

6. Please provide a signed letter explaining what you plan to do
with the proceeds.

7. If you are not a U.S.citizen, please provide a copy of your
green card (front and back).

8. If you are not a permanent U.S.citizen, please provide us with
your H-1 or L-1 visa.
